We work with a maximum of 500 students each year across all of our Programmes to ensure we can provide the best support suited for their particular needs. We also abide by a selective criteria to the students that we work with. Our Programmes have a structured syllabus, however, we tweak elements of the syllabus so the student is able to gain the most out of our support.

Application Support

Firstly we will help you make the right decision regarding course and University choice.

Whether this is through a meeting with our Academic Director or by arranging sessions with tutors from Oxford and/or Cambridge in your considered subject areas. We will help you come to an informed conclusion on one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

You will receive a full introduction to your Programme by your Programme Manager, along with your tutor, Form Mentor and our Academic Director. Throughout your time with us, they will be here to help.

1-1 ENGAA Tutoring

You will receive 1-1 tuition sessions with a seasoned ENGAA tutor who will assist you in understanding every aspect of the ENGAA to ensure you know how to tackle it.

You will be in control of what you tackle in each session and your tutor will create a customised plan that will fit your specific requirements.

Honed in one-to-one support with your expert ENGAA tutor – all with homework and reports.

Comprehensive ENGAA Materials

With our vast collection of more than 100 published books relating to Oxbridge applications, you will have access to plenty of content relating to the ENGAA, including expert study materials and practice resources.

Additionally, you will have full access to the UniAdmissions ENGAA Academy, our specialised practice resources and the UniAdmissions STEM Reading Lists, all of which are only available to UniAdmissions students and can be accessed once you enrol.

Finely-tuned ENGAA resources in a range of mediums to help you practice and learn for your exam.

ENGAA Intensive Course

During this full-day, hands-on ENGAA course, you will learn everything you need to know about the test, cover both the Maths and Physics questions as well as advanced exam techniques. The course is led by an ENGAA expert who will provide comprehensive guidance on how to tackle everything in the test and assist you in attaining a score in a high score.

Throughout the day, you will be able to ask questions to your expert tutor and engage in activities alongside your peers.

You’ll get an exclusive place on our renowned ENGAA preparation course, reserved for Programme students.

STEM Enrichment Seminars

When applying to Cambridge, it is crucial to demonstrate a sincere passion for your selected field. To aid with this, we offer frequent Enrichment Seminars, which you can attend starting from the first week of your program.

These sessions cover a vast array of extra-curricular STEM subjects that go beyond what is typically taught in your classes. The aim of these sessions is to provide you with an advantage in your application and help you stand out to the admissions team.

Develop a deeper understanding of your subject and go beyond your curriculum, as you would at Cambridge.

Forms Group & Mentoring

When you enrol, you will be placed in a subject-specific group led by a Form Mentor. The mentor will conduct regular sessions every fortnight to provide guidance to your group, including advice for the overall application process and how to effectively utilize available resources.

If additional help is required throughout the program, you can schedule an unlimited number of one-on-one mentoring sessions with your Form Mentor to ensure you are utilizing the program’s resources to the fullest and enhancing your chances of success in the application process.

You’ll join your STEM Academic Head’s form group for guidance and unlimited mentoring sessions.

Personalised Portal

The UniAdmissions Portal acts as your key platform for all of your program-related materials and resources. The experience is tailored to your specific requirements to enhance your time on your programme.

As a student, this is your Programme hub. As a parent, you can track your child’s progress through the Programme and receive regular reports.

You’ll get instant access upon enrolment to a Programme.

What's the difference between the ENGAA Tutoring Programme and the Oxbridge Premium Programme?

The ENGAA Tutoring Programme focuses entirely on preparation for the ENGAA exam. This entails one-to-one tuition, a place on the ENGAA course, ENGAA resources and more. This Programme is designed for students who are highly confident will all other areas of their application, such as the Personal Statement and interview.

Our Oxbridge Engineering Programme is a more comprehensive Programme of support which includes preparation for the Personal Statement and Interviews. You would get extra support such as mock interviews, Personal Statement redrafts and additional one-to-one tutoring hours.

How are my ENGAA tutoring sessions arranged?

You can book your tutoring sessions through your UniAdmissions Portal. The Portal is the central point of your Programme and will contain all of your ENGAA resources, seminar access and lots of useful information.

No other ENGAA tuition provider has a system close to the UniAdmissions Portal!

Do I have to sit the ENGAA if I am applying to Cambridge?

No, the ENGAA is an exam exclusive to Cambridge. If you are applying for Engineering at Oxford, you will need to sit the PAT.

Who are your ENGAA tutors?

Every ENGAA tutor at UniAdmissions is carefully vetted by our team. You will only ever be matched with experienced, highly knowledgeable tutors who are truly experts in the ENGAA.

If you are ever unhappy with your tutor (an unlikely occurrence), then your dedicated Programme Manager will arrange a better-suited tutor for you.

Why shouldn't I just book a ENGAA course instead of a Programme?

Due to the complexity of the ENGAA as a test, it cannot be prepared for adequately in a day or two. We’ve found, through years of research and preparing students for the ENGAA, that preparing over a longer period of time is a much more effective way of embedding the knowledge needed to perform on the day and ultimately score highly in the ENGAA.

I'm struggling in one area - Can I spend the whole session on it?

Absolutely, and we’d encourage you to do so.

Make sure you give your tutor enough notice (at least 5 days) for them to prepare the appropriate materials.
