Your Cambridge Natural Science Programme gives you support in a variety of mediums to write a strong Personal Statement, improve your NSAA score and perform excellently in your interview. Application Support

Firstly we will help you make the right decision regarding course and University choice.

Whether this is through a meeting with our Academic Director or by arranging sessions with tutors from Oxford and/or Cambridge in your considered subject areas. We will help you come to an informed conclusion on one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

You will receive a full introduction to your Programme by your Programme Manager, along with your tutor, Form Mentor and our Academic Director. Throughout your time with us, they will be here to help.

One-To-One Tutoring

Your Natural Science tuition will be run by an expert from Cambridge who scored in the Top 10% of their class.

You’ll be able to take control of your learning as these sessions allow you and your tutor to focus on the areas you need the most help with. Each session will leave you feeling empowered and more confident to take on your Cambridge application.

Honed in one-to-one support with your expert Natural Science Cambridge tutor – all with homework and reports.

Comprehensive Materials

Enrichment Seminars

Wider reading is a key element to Cambridge’s application criteria, which is where our Enrichment Seminars will help.

In each session, you will be introduced to new concepts and topics that aren’t covered in the standard curriculum, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of your subject. This expanded knowledge will help you impress your admissions tutors and improve your chances of success.

Forms Group & Mentoring

In order to ensure each student is getting the most out of their programme, you will be placed in a form and will be able to attend fortnightly sessions run by your Form Mentor. These sessions will focus on general aspects of your application to ensure nothing gets forgotten.

On top of that, you will be able to book an unlimited amount of 1-1 sessions with your form mentor, who will be able to help you with any areas that you are struggling in. They will ensure that you have the best chance of success at Cambridge.

You’ll join your STEM Academic Head’s form group for guidance and unlimited mentoring sessions.

Personalised Portal

The UniAdmissions Portal is the home of all of your resources and support, organising everything you need into a customised and easy-to-use space.

As a student, this is your Programme hub. As a parent, you can track your child’s progress through the Programme and receive regular reports.

You’ll get instant access upon enrolment to a Programme.

A personalised online platform which will guide you through your Programme as a student, or help you track your child’s progress as a parent.

Head Start Seminars

Students applying more than 12 months ahead of time will have access to our Head Start seminars, which are geared toward students who are in the early stages of the application process. These seminars provide a solid foundation for your future education and allow you to fully benefit from your UniAdmissions Programme.

Sessions are created specifically for our Head Start students and focus on topics that help establish a solid foundation for your education and teach valuable life skills.

12Hrs Head Start Tutoring

One-to-one sessions provide a highly personalised form of preparation focused directly on your specific needs. Head Start students receive access to extra hours of one-to-one sessions with their expert tutor to ensure they do not have any weak areas when going into their application year.

Students on our Head Start Programmes will get additional hours of one-to-one tutoring time along with their Head Start seminars.

How many one-to-one tutoring sessions are included?

The Cambridge Natural Science Programme gives you access to 30 sessions with an expert tutor. The Head Start Natural Science Programme gives you 42 expert sessions.

The complete syllabus covers approximately 180 hours of study. You will be guided through the Programme by your Programme guide, and will always have your dedicated Programme Manager on hand to support you.

Does Cambridge not offer single science courses?

No, if you want to study science at Cambridge, you will have to apply to the Natural Science course, which allows you to study the aspects of science that interest you! In your first year, you are restricted by what A-Levels you studied as to what subjects you can choose from, but after that, you can make your course as broad or as narrow as you wish to.
