DR ROHAN AGARWAL

HEADMASTER

Rohan is Headmaster at UniAdmissions and is responsible for ensuring the company continues to move in the right direction. He graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, and is now a fully qualified Doctor. Over the last five years, he has tutored hundreds of successful Oxbridge and Medical applicants. He has authored over 90+ books on admissions tests and interviews.

DR DAVID SALT

DEPUTY HEADMASTER

David is Deputy Headmaster at UniAdmissions, taking the lead in Programme development and student and parental support. David read medical sciences at Gonville and Caius College Cambridge, graduating in 2012, completed his clinical studies in the Cambridge Clinical School, and is now a fully qualified Doctor.

DIRECTOR OF STUDIES

Barbara is the Director of Studies at UniAdmissions. She has over 8 years of experience in Operations Management, with many in education, and has been a part of the UniAdmissions team since 2016. She has tutored students in History and Ancient History, loves skiing, and is in fact a Sommelier too, dabbling in fine wine every now and then.

HEAD OF OUTREACH

Adi is Head of Outreach for UniAdmissions – he ensures that students and schools with students applying to Oxbridge are aware of the support UniAdmissions offers. Adi is a keen rider and driver who spends most of his time not at his desk on the road.

HEAD OF ADMISSIONS

Harry is the Head of Admissions here at UniAdmissions. He oversees the admission and selection of all students into our school. He’s a free thinker and loves fitness, travelling, and being outside, whether it’s skiing, diving, or trekking through the Amazon!

JAMES

ADMISSIONS CONSULTANT

James helps to determine his students’ strengths and create an appropriate plan of action for them. Before UniAdmissions, James lived in Thailand for 4 years due to his passion for Thai boxing.

SOPHIE

ADMISSIONS CONSULTANT

Sophie is an Admissions Consultant here at UniAdmissions. She loves supporting students in their application journey and following their dreams! She’s also a life coach and counsellor in training. She loves dancing, yoga and good chocolate!

RANJNA

ADMISSIONS CONSULTANT

Ranjna is an Admissions Consultant at UniAdmissions. She’s extremely experienced, especially with Medicine applicants, as she is a consultant within the NHS. Outside of work, she is a keen photographer.

OLI

ADMISSIONS CONSULTANT

An alumnus of Clare College, Cambridge, Oliver has several years of experience within the education sector, and is well placed to guide students through their admissions journey. Growing up, Oliver trained formally at the Royal College of Music as a harpist!

EMMA

PROGRAMME MANAGER

Emma is an experienced Programme Manager within the UniAdmissions Programme team. She graduated from The University of Arts London in 2021, majoring in Oil Paint. Throughout her educational journey, she volunteered to conduct art therapy sessions for both children and adults.

ENRIQUE

HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY

Enrique looks after all of the technical elements of the operation of the school, as well as being a web-design whizz. In his spare time, Enrique writes award-winning fiction! If he’s not writing, he’s winning beers off strangers in Guitar Hero battles.

JOSHUA

TECHNICAL LEAD

Joshua excels in managing technology processes such as server management, coordinating deployments and releases. With hands-on coding experience, he develops and maintains diverse products across multiple technology stacks. When not working, Joshua can be found playing the guitar or writing songs.

DR ALIX

EXAM SUCCESS SPECIALIST

Dr Alix Hibble is a memory psychologist who specialises in helping students study smarter. She holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Oxford University, where she was also a lecturer in Study Skills and part of the interviewing faculty. She provides training for teaching staff at top schools across the country and is a regular feature at leading education conferences.

WILLIAM

EXAM SUCCESS SPECIALIST

William is a Cambridge-educated psychologist and learning science researcher. He achieved top 0.01% exam results himself and is passionate about helping students land top grades. He authored the best-selling exam technique book “Outsmart Your Exams”, and runs the popular Exam Study Expert blog and podcast.

HEAD OF RESEARCH

Matt Elliot is our resident expert on all things educational data. Matt lived in China for some time before coming back to the UK. He is a prolific pub quizzer – he says he rarely wins, but his seemingly boundless knowledge suggests otherwise.

PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR

Eduardo is a Programme Administrator who supports each student and parent through their Programme, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Eduardo is also really into gaming, a Culinary Arts graduate, and a wine sommelier!

OUTREACH OFFICER

Matthew studied Film and TV Production and now works with UniAdmissions to create high quality written and video content for our students. When not working, you’ll often find Matthew at the cinema catching the latest releases on the big screen.

KARLA

OUTREACH OFFICER

Karla is a part of the outreach team. She analyzes data to identify areas to test across our website to enhance students’ experience. Out of work, she likes to read astronomy articles and spend time on Photoshop recreating photos of her pets.

ANAKIN

SCHOOL MASCOT

An indispensable member. Anakin’s role is to share his boundless energy and checking that everything is in order. His hobbies include playing and getting under warm blankets for morning snuggles. He loves the great outdoors. Favourite foods are roasted chicken skin and pizza crusts.

UniAdmissions Tutors go through a rigorous selection process and tutor training to become part of the team.
